1. Turn head side to side. Slowly and to the fullest extent. (15 - 20 times)
2. Turn head up and down slowly and to the fullest extent. (15 -20 times)

3. Shrug the shoulders till they touch your ears with hands kept lightly on the head (15 -20 times)


4. Bring the elbows and shoulders fully in front touching each other then pull them back as mush as you can do it. (15 -20 times)


5. With thumbs on the shoulders rotate the elbows clockwise and anticlockwise very vigorously (20 times)
